Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Visit our signup page and create an account with your email. No credit card required. You'll start on the Free plan with 1 guidebook, 1 guide account, and 100 emails/month.
How do I create my first guidebook?
After signing in, go to your dashboard and click "Create Guidebook." Give it a name, add your branding, then start adding stops with photos, descriptions, and maps. You can preview it on your phone at any time.
How do guests access my guidebook?
Each guidebook has a unique link and QR code. Share the link via text or email, or print the QR code on your materials. Guests tap the link or scan the code and the guidebook opens instantly in their browser. No app download needed.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guidebooks work in any mobile browser. Guests just tap a link or scan a QR code and they're in.
Managing Guidebooks
How do I add stops to a guidebook?
Open your guidebook in the editor and click "Add Stop." Enter the stop name, address, description, and upload photos. You can reorder stops by dragging them. Each stop shows on the interactive map automatically.
Can my guides edit guidebooks?
Yes. Guide accounts can access and edit the guidebooks they're assigned to. They can also update their own profile, manage their tip link, and view their personal QR code.
How do I set up guide tipping?
Each guide adds their Venmo, Zelle, or QuickPay link in their profile. When guests view the guidebook, they see a tip button that links directly to the guide's preferred payment method.
How do review prompts work?
You add links to your review profiles (TripAdvisor, Google, GetYourGuide, or any custom URL) in your guidebook settings. Guests see a prompt to leave a review while the experience is still fresh.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. On Launch plans and above, you can add your logo and brand colors so the guidebook looks like it's part of your business. On higher tiers, you can remove Digital Guidebooks branding entirely.
Billing & Account
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What if I go over my email limit?
We give you a 15% buffer so you never lose a capture at a critical moment. If you're consistently going over, we'll suggest a referral (which earns you bonus emails) before asking you to upgrade.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings in your dashboard and click "Manage Subscription." You can cancel at any time. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current period. If you have a special circumstance, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
